Affordability and Housing
We must continue addressing the affordability crisis by continuing to build housing at all affordability levels, expanding inclusionary housing, and creating clearer pathways to homeownership, especially for working families. During my tenure, District 2 has led the city in building housing at all affordability levels and I will continue to push this forward in my next term.

Economic Development
We must focus on attracting and retaining quality jobs while supporting small and local businesses, ensuring growth benefits our community and not just outside interests. I will continue to tap into the regional network I have developed over the past 8 years to continue investment in Pomona.

Improving Quality of Life
Improving quality of life for residents and businesses means investing in essential services such as clean and safe neighborhoods, well-maintained parks, youth and senior programs, and responsive city services. During my tenure, we have repaved the most streets and made improvements at every District 2 park. Soon, we will have the largest playground in the City in the park in front of the library. I will continue strengthening partnerships that deliver direct relief to families, including food access and essential services, with measurable increases in the number of residents served.

As a Councilmember, I will build on the progress we've made by advancing policies that center equity, partnering with community organizations to meet residents' basic needs, and working regionally to bring resources and opportunities back to Pomona.
